The U.S. Supreme Court should have picked a better day to have a “brain fart”.

The U.S. Supreme Court should have picked a better day to have a "brain fart".

In a 5-4 decision the court said the federal government has power to fine Americans who don't acquire insurance because it's considered a tax. This upheld one of the most controversial parts of the Obama Administration-backed health care reform law —the individual mandate that requires most Americans to get health insurance.

For now it appears that U.S.A. stands for Unified Socialistic Authority.

However, in November, We the People, shall rise up and reclaim the land of the free.

After the decision, Mitt Romney said, "What the court did not do in its last day in session, I will do on the first day as President of the United States. And that is, I will act to repeal Obamacare."
